Property Showing Plan - Covid-19

Today we show properties with these requirements from the State of California, County of Los Angeles and Keller Williams Realty.

We wish that all of our clients remain safe.

No Visitor/Entrant may enter a property if they are currently afflicted with, or experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19.

No Visitor/Entrant may enter a property if they have not signed the "PEAD" form, Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration form. All PROPERTY SHOWINGS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

No person showing may include more than two (2) Visitors, who reside within the same household or living unit, and one (1) Real Estate Agent at a time.

All Visitors must have agreed to the following:

To wear a protective face mask while on or within a property.

Wash your hands with soap and water, or use hand sanitizer upon entry to the property.

Practice social distancing by keeping at least six (6) feet between yourself and others, and do not gather in groups.

Avoid touching surfaces or items in the Property: Knobs, faucets, toilets, toilet handles, light switches, garage door opener buttons, and pulls, alarm system controls, fan pulls, remotes, thermostats, switch boxes, gates, and gate latches, window locks and sashes, pool coverings, and other such items.

Follow any additional conditions/requirements of the Owner/Occupant agreed upon by the Visitors, such as gloves, shoe coverings, etc.

After viewing the Property, discard any gloves, masks, or shoe coverings worn during the visit and wash hands with soap and water for at least twenty (20) seconds.

Visitor / Entrant is aware that property cleaning has not been/may not be conducted between showings.
